A perfect result for Ross Curnow (27 Aug 03)

Stars of Tomorrow visited the Nutts Corner track in Northern Ireland and two drivers came away with perfect scores. Ross Curnow and Oliver Rowland blitzed all their respective Junior Max and Cadet races, driving with remarkable ability.

Ross Curnow wrapped up a perfect weekend with a dominant display in Junior Max. After taking the pre-final, Curnow led from the start of the 'A' final to have more than a five-second advantage over championship leader leader Adam Christodoulou by the chequered flag.

"I had been going well all weekend," said Curnow, "but when I knew I had an advantage, I had to keep pushing. I was less likely to make a mistake if I kept my concentration up."
